Personal data we process

When you use the contact form or e-mail us, we process the details you provide: name, organisation, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your request. We use these details only to answer your request and to follow up on a possible project. The legal basis is the preparation of an agreement at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle them and for a maximum of two years after our last contact, unless a longer retention period is required for an agreement or by law.

Cookies and analytics

Fonts and images are served from our own server. Without your consent this website sets no tracking cookies. We count page views with Matomo, an analytics tool hosted on our own infrastructure (matomo.zabit.be), in cookieless mode with anonymised IP addresses; that data is not shared with third parties. Your cookie choice itself is stored in your browser for this site.

With your consent Matomo may set analytics cookies to recognise returning visits, and we load Google Tag Manager, which may set analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, and marketing tags where configured) to measure how the site is used and how visitors reach us. You can accept or refuse this in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Refusing has no effect on the use of the website.

Spam protection

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyses interaction patterns to tell people from bots and shares that data with Google under the Google Privacy Policy. On the contact page it runs without consent, based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse; on other pages it is only loaded after you accept cookies.

Sharing and security

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers who help us run this website and our e-mail, under a data processing agreement, and with authorities when the law requires it. Contact requests are transmitted over an encrypted connection.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. Send your request to info@datacubes.pro. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
